Ghost replay race is a gamemode in SuperTuxKart.
In Ghost replays, you can play against your own or other players' ghosts. This means, a game which was played and recorded (by ticking a checkbox) earlier, will be replayed as a ghost and player can drive against it. A ghost cannot touch you, it will just drive through you (or you through it).
Ghost replays are often used in order to record good speedruns and being able play to replay them later. It is not possible to ghost-replay Time Trial races with AI or any Normal race, only Time Trials and Egg hunts played by humanly players can be recorded.
