Lap Trial is a game mode that was added in SuperTuxKart 1.4.
This gamemode is very similar to Normal race mode. The only difference is that you have to complete as many laps as possible until the set timer runs out. The maximum time you can set is 20 minutes. When the timer runs out, the game ends and the player with the most laps wins.
